Key takeaways
- One-touch join from the room panel removes the setup ritual that wastes the first minutes of every meeting.
- Audio decides whether remote participants are part of the meeting or an afterthought.
- Standardising huddle rooms and boardrooms on the same experience means anyone can run any room.
The panel
A 4K interactive flat panel is the room's whiteboard, screen and control surface. Touch, whiteboarding and wireless sharing mean presenters walk in with a laptop or a phone and nothing else. Huawei interactive flat panels are the reference in SEJEL's rooms.
One-touch join
Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet meetings appear on the panel from the calendar and start with one tap. Integration with the calendar and identity platform is what makes this work: the room knows what is booked and who is allowed to join.
Audio and video
Remote participants judge a room by its sound. Jabra and Poly conferencing audio fills the space and picks up every seat; Yealink and HP video bars with auto-framing keep the camera on the people speaking. These are the components that make hybrid meetings feel like meetings.
Huddle room to boardroom
The same experience scales: a huddle room gets a smaller panel and a compact bar, the boardroom gets a larger panel and more microphones, but the join button, the sharing and the whiteboard behave the same. Staff learn one room and can run them all, and support becomes predictable.
Installed, managed and supported
SEJEL installs the rooms, integrates them with the calendar and identity platform, and supports them after go-live, with Samsung and LG displays for lobby and overflow screens. For government, banking and enterprise clients the result is rooms that start on time, from the first meeting to the thousandth.
