No. SEJEL (سجل), also written Sejel or My SEJEL, is the technology brand of Abdulmohsin Al Rossais & Sons Group Co. and operates from the group's head office in Riyadh. It has no connection with any other company, platform or product that uses the name Sejel. The official website is mysejel.com.

The head office is the Al Rossais Commercial Center on Olaya Street in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Solutions are delivered, installed and supported across the Kingdom, with 24/7 support.
